Optional rack pedestals lift each rack, and provide conduit knock-outs and removable side sections for horizontal wire management. Pedestals support plate casters [for mobile demands] or individual leg levelers.
The heavy-duty steel infrastructure of each rack is coated with a durable black powder-coat paint. Textured paint finish lasts for years, and holds up well in heavy-use rack environments.
A variety of vertical and horizontal Lacing Bars are available for each rack style, including a 71" solid copper bus bar.
Removable side panels are available in both full and half-height styles. Convection-cooling side panel venting can be covered when thermal management fans are used. Locking side panels are available.
Individual racks include a variety of top options – raised-vent panels, solid and vented blank panels, and internal/external mounted fans. Full or partial top coverage provides flexible ceiling-cabling options.
Vertical racks include a full line of rack mount accessory options to include: shelves, drawers, work surfaces, cable guides, wire ducts, script lights, and fans.
Racks utilize extra-heavy-duty welded construction delivering robust solutions in the most demanding environments. Extra horizontal supports with corner gussets help prevent rack distortion.
Adjustable 10-32 tapped rack rails are standard. Rack rails are stamped with numbered rack increments for easier installation of electronics.
Rack frame tops and bottoms include convenient NEMA-approved conduit knockouts to enhance cable and wire management options.
A set of four leg levelers screw into the rack base to enable easy rack alignment. Levelers include a steel casing with a nylon bottom to ease movement, and eliminate floor marring.
