Kadir Hebratovic Celebrates 25 Years with Winsted’s Custom Divison

Hailing from Bosnia, Kadir’s path to Winsted was marked by his determination and adaptability. He learned how to weld in Germany. After immigrating to the United States, he quickly found a home for his skills, welding full time for A&R in Atlanta.
In 1999, Kadir embarked on a new adventure with Winsted, initially joining as a welder when the company exclusively served the nuclear industry. Through his dedication, talent, and curiosity, he swiftly ascended the ranks, embodying the spirit of growth and innovation that defines Winsted.

As Operations Manager, Kadir orchestrates an intricate dance of product management, manufacturing oversight, and administrative duties with finesse and precision. His leadership, honed through years of hands-on experience, fosters an environment where challenges are met with enthusiasm and solutions are crafted with ingenuity.

Beyond the realm of work, Kadir finds happiness in the joys of family, leisurely walks, and the thrill of cheering on his beloved Atlanta Braves.
